You will not find instructions here for running your fastest ever ___. (insert your favorite race distance there)
You will also not find fabulous nutritionally-balanced vegan/gluten-free/fat-free/paleo/etc. recipes that will make you the best/leanest/fastest/healthiest runner ever. (although I might include the random recipe)
You see, I am not a shining example of the model runner. I’m not fast (I’m seriously NOT fast). I don’t speed train. I rarely strength train or cross train. And I don’t always avoid junk food. Sometimes I seek it!
I just like to run far. 🙂
